Your Shoot Prep Guide

Choose the pole outfit(s) you like and feel comfortable in!

1–2–3 pole outfits of your choice, your favorite grip, a little reminder of your moves, and some water!

Choose 4–5 moves that match your level and that you enjoy performing. Also, prepare 3–4 “plan B” moves just in case.

You can reach the shoot location by car or public transit.

At Perspective Pole Shooting, we use a podium pole from The Pole Italy, AGMdesign.
