Choosing your pole moves

Choose 4–5 moves you’re comfortable with and love doing, plus 3–4 backup moves in case it’s an off day or the weather isn’t ideal.

Before the big day, practice holding each move for about 30 seconds and completing three full rotations around the pole.
This gives the team enough time to:

  • position you perfectly for the camera,
  • help fine-tune the little details (hands, toes, etc.),
  • et que l’angle parfait soit trouvé pour capturer ta plus belle ligne.

Also, work on staying relaxed once you’re in the move — a calm face and steady breathing make a huge difference in photos.

Focus on moves with clear, elegant lines that highlight your silhouette.

Finally, think ahead about your best angle — the one that makes you feel strong and confident!
